Digital Product Refunds


Product Download:

Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

Refund Policy:


We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

Swag Returns & Exchanges


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. However delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 day cooling-off period or where the goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please Note:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been washed or soiled. We cannot accept any items covered in human or pet hair. We cannot accept any items with distinct odours. If an item is no longer sold on our website it cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.

Also:

The customer is responsible for making sure the items are returned to us safely. If you are returning any items please make sure you send it tracked/recorded, as we are not liable for your goods getting lost on the way back to us.

The customer is liable for the cost of returning the item unless it’s faulty and in that case we will reimburse the cost of postage.

Faulty Items If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care at info@greenindustrypodcast.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details and photos of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
